As we grow, we’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to help shape our culture, build core people processes, and ensure our talent strategy scales with the business, while keeping our values at the center of everything we do.
What You’ll Do
As a strategic and hands-on generalist, you will:
- Co-create and embed our culture as we grow, working closely with the founder and leadership team.
- Design and implement key HR processes such as: Performance Management, Talent Reviews & Development Plans, Onboarding and Offboarding.
- Lead Talent Acquisition by partnering with hiring managers, improving processes, and elevating the candidate experience.
- Coach and advise managers on people-related matters (feedback, team development, performance conversations, etc.).
- Analyze HR data and trends to inform decisions and proactively solve problems.
- Build the foundations of a scalable HR function that is modern, ethical, and aligned with Reveni’s mission.
Who You Are
- You have 2–3 years of experience in HR, ideally in fast-growing startups or scale-ups.
- You thrive in dynamic, high-ownership environments, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- You are strategic, structured, and hands-on in equal measure.
- You are ethically grounded, discreet, and deeply committed to building trust across the organization.
- You believe that a healthy, high-performing culture is a competitive advantage.
- You’re bilingual in English and Spanish.
